Hotel Zenit Pamplona - Cordovilla

The bed was comfortable and came with non-feather pillows. There was efficient WiFi throughout the hotel, a lifesaver for keeping connected.

A major hiccup was the lack of evening meal service on Sundays, which left us scrambling for food options. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic, with limited offerings that didn't quite match up to expectations. I encountered some mold in the bathroom grout that needs attention, and the walls are notably thin, letting in noise that could disrupt your sleep. Accessing the parking area can also be tricky during busy times, an annoyance as well.

All in all everything was perfect, had a good stay on a business trip. Triple room I stayed at was good modern with balconies. A private safe, a mini-bar and central heating were standard, but I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was easy and magnificent there, in acommercial area.

room was spacious. Away from the elevators, is appreciated. location if you go for professional reasons. I understand it's good (near the city and airport).. for visiting the city it's too far away from the center, kettle for infusions (an element that no hotel had seen). In fact we had taken ours from home because we are habitual of infusions.

little personal. Let me explain: the second day when it was time to make one of the beds they forgot to put the sheet on top. We went down to the reception to comment on the matter (nothing serious otherwise) and girl at reception (who attended us very kindly) told us that at that moment she could not do anything because she could not leave the reception as she was alone. when the person from the night shift came and there were two of them in the change of shift, they would take the sheet up for us. didn't happen. On the other hand, cleaning of the room. In general, it was clean. in the clothes closet the top shelf had a layer of important dust (if we hadn't wiped it down several days ago) and under the beds there was also dirt. Finally, size of the TV (small).

We appreciated the fact that we chose zenit pamplona. A private kitchen was a big plus...

Lekker comfy bed, spacious room with a good bathroom setup. The tea-making set was such a nice surprise! Can't complain about the WiFi either, it was solid for my needs!

Only downside was the thin walls. Could hear a bit too much from the neighbours.

Excellent secure parking (underground). Helpful reception. Good WIFI. Room was clean and well equipped. There is a very good chinese buffet adjacent with good choice of food, freshly cooked on demand. The hotel is easy to find. The buffet breakfast was well presented with a choice of hot and cold food. Reasonably priced at €8. Easy to find.

The room had a powerful shower with great water pressure, made for a refreshing experience.

The breakfast offered very few options and seemed to lack quality, disappointing compared to other hotels.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Reception staff very helpful and informative. A nice hotel just off the motorway network on the edge of Pamplona (car parking free). It is also a short (and cheap) bus ride from outside the hotel to the old town of Pamplona.

The thin walls make it hard to sleep peacefully when noisy neighbors are around!!! The shuttle service could be quicker during peak times!!!

New hotel far from citycenter but have a shopping Mall just in front

We arrive late by 10 Pm and the restaurant was closed. For our Luck have a Mac Donalds in front that soros 24 hs

The reception staff were efficient and welcomed us with a smile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Although the breakfast was generally very good, the coffee was terrible!
